Welcome to Morni. We are a technology-first company devoted to transforming the automotive services sector and making it more sustainable, in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
Founded in 2015, we have grown our portfolio of solutions to help individuals and organizations manage all their automotive needs. We have successfully serviced thousands of customers across the Kingdom, including more than a million subscribers. In addition, our partnerships extend to more than 30 insurance and car rental companies. Together, we are supporting the aspirations for the automotive sector as set out by Saudi Vision 2030 and delivered by the Ministry of Transport in accordance with the Financial Sector Development Program.
Our aim is to increase road safety, reduce accidents, and expand vehicle insurance coverage schemes – make the lives of our customers easier and safer. To help us achieve our ambitions, we have attracted some of the world’s leading investors, who have been a part of our incredible growth journey and continue to help us grow and innovate.

Our Story
It all started with a flat tire.
Nearly 10 years ago, Morni founder Salman Al-Suhaibaney found himself by the side of the road in Riyadh… with a flat tire… alone… at midnight. Because the options for getting his car repaired or towed at that time of night were practically non-existant, Salman had time to think… five hours to be precise.
He wondered why Saudi Arabia did not have good technology-enabled roadside assistance solutions and what could be done to integrate different services into one app. By 2015, Salman’s idea was a reality, with investors on board and new Apple and Android versions of the Morni app built, tested, and launched.
Today, Morni boasts more than a million roadside assistance (RSA) subscribers, and a portfolio of companies that covers the entire automobile lifecycle - from buying and driving to selling and scrapping.

Our Team
Salman AlSuhaibaney is a young Saudi entrepreneur, a visionary leader who serves on the boards of multiple committees and governing bodies in Saudi Arabia’s listed companies. He is the founder of the versatile Marini Holdings for automotive services, relying on advanced degrees in financial management and risk management.
Through his vast experience, Salman has successfully built a robust foundation in the fields of insurance and investment, harnessed through the Marini system to modernize automobile insurance claims using cutting-edge technologies.
He aspires to play a pioneering and effective role in achieving the Vision 2030 goals, harnessing technology to promote a productive economy and create more opportunities for the youth and businesses. Salman takes a keen interest in both the local and global economy.
He is an enthusiast of car racing, modification, and manufacturing across all domains and has a passion for journeys and wilderness adventures.

Shehail Al Shehail is the Managing Director of Morni since March 2021 and a Board Member at Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Company since December 2020. He is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, risk management, and governance.
Before his current roles, Shehail served as a Finance Advisor at the Tourism Development Fund from February 2020 to March 2021. He played a vital role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector through his financial expertise.
Shehail’s career includes significant achievements, such as his tenure as Acting Chief Financial Officer at Al Oshban Holding Company in Dubai from June 2019 to January 2020. During this time, he led the company’s financial and governance transformation, incorporating industry best practices and focusing on technology startups.
Overall, Shehail Al Shehail’s extensive background in various leadership and advisory roles has made him a respected figure in the Saudi business community.
