Morni to provide multiple automotive services to Al Rajhi Takaful clients under wide-ranging agreement announced today.

Morni’s technology first approach to auto services will be offered to Al Rajhi Takaful clients throughout the life cycle of their motor insurance policies

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, August 21, 2023 – Technology-led automotive services company Morni and Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) have announced a wide-ranging agreement designed to offer support to Al Rajhi Takaful’s clients throughout the life of their Motor insurance policies.

The agreement stipulates that Morni will provide the following services to all Al Rajhi Takaful Clients via its industry-leading technology platform and partnerships:

• Roadside Assistance – included for every Al Rajhi Takaful client, this will cover batteries, fuel, tires, locksmith and towing services.
• Accident Full Solution – also included for all Al Rajhi Takaful’s Wafi Comprehensive policyholders, this solution offers Ride hailing from accident site, towing, damage assessments, and vehicle delivery to and from the service center.
• Zero-Cash Claims Management – this third-party administration offer simplifies registration, processing and completion of claims; uses market insights to optimize performance and operations; and manage the interface between Al Rajhi Takaful and auto repair suppliers.
• Morni Auction – featuring Morni’s proprietary online auction tool, this will increase the safety of damaged vehicles and Al Rajhi Takaful’s financial return.
• Morni Workshop – vehicle repairs according to the highest safety standards and the latest technology.
• End of Vehicle Life Services – leveraging Morni’s cutting-edge facility to provide environmentally sound approaches to dismantling vehicles, and recycling/reusing parts.
