This memorandum of understanding will allow Emirates Transport, the largest school transport provider in the UAE, to leverage Morni technology – enhancing their fleet offering by improving services across roadside assistance, vehicle auction, insurance claims management and vehicle end of life services

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, [MONTH] [DAY], 2023 – Technology-led automotive services company Morni today announced its collaboration with Emirates Transport (ET), the largest school transport provider in the UAE. The novel partnership was established via a memorandum of understanding (MOU) and will entail a service collaboration between the two companies.

This will enable Emirates Transport to provide roadside assistance, auction services, insurance claims management and end of vehicle life services to its fleet. More specifically, these services will provide the following support:

  • Roadside Assistance (RSA): The Morni technology platform for roadside assistance and logistical services will enable the Emirates Transport fleet to receive bespoke access to RSA services including battery services, fuel services, tire replacement, vehicle towing and more.
  • Auction Services: Emirates Transport will be able to access auction services through the Morni technology platform, allowing it to collaborate on listing and selling the vehicles.
  • Insurance Services: Emirates Transport will be able to receive provisions for facilitating zero cash claims management through Labas, a Morni-owned claims management company that is operating as a Third-Party Administration (TPA). TPAs are responsible for the registration / processing of motor claims, enhancing vehicle performance and more.
